United States only. Sorry, we cannot ship
furniture to
Hawaii or Alaska. Most delivery times will
be within 5-10 business days. Some of our
Dog Beds however will be delivered within
2-3 weeks as they are made to order. See item descriptions for
details.

using Pay Pal - Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express
using a secure server to ensure your privacy
and security while shopping with us.
Remember, you no longer have to have a Pay
Pal account to make payment. Your credit card statement will

Returns / Exchanges:
The Pet Porch stands behind all of its great
products and guarantees our customers
satisfaction. If your product arrives
damaged or defective, and it is unused with
its packaging intact, it may be returned for
a refund or online credit within 30 days of
purchase. Returns can be accepted only with
a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
that will assigned to you by contacting us
via email. Note: this number must be clearly
printed on the package.
